All items will be shipped United States Postal Service or UPS. We strive to ship items within 24 hours of payment, Monday-Saturday. Note: No International Buyers for all our sales.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please return items for a refund. Shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility.

At IPRC, customer service and customer satisfaction is our priority. Our return policy of coins and supplies is as follow, IPRC coins has an unconditional return policy if notified within 7 calendar days of the receipt of the merchandise.

All returned coins must be in their original holder.

All return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receipt of the merchandise.

(When returning merchandise, please include the item number, or invoice number, this will expedite the refund process.)
